At Wing 999, we want you to feel as good as you look. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Wing 999 tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Quality Inspection
Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the garments and process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
